Our studio gets to the root of challenges fast. Our philosophy is ‘just build and better it’. We aren’t precious about our design and are happy to throw it out the window if it doesn’t work.

 

 

We are Nephronim. It's our word. It's our meaning, it's us. Nobody else.

Our studio began life in Amsterdam 15 years ago and have been building, sweating and failing beautifully ever since. Failure is the seed for success and we aren't afraid to embrace it. Founded by Paul O'Connell, we work with tech based companies and projects that we think we can help and grow with.

Now we work from the Netherlands and Ireland and take advantage of the talent available in these two countries. This allows us to be flexible, embrace remote and have great clients all over Europe. We hope to work with more fantastic companies that want to look for something different to all the other creative design agencies available.
